Q: What exactly is a "1:1 Super Clone"? A: A 1:1 Super Clone is a masterpiece created through reverse-engineering an original timepiece. We ensure that the weight, dimensions, and finishing (brushed and polished surfaces) are 99.9% identical to the genuine article. Our builds feature 904L/316L stainless steel, Sapphire Crystal, and high-beat Clone Movements (such as the 3235 or 4130) for true mechanical perfection.

Q: Are these watches truly waterproof? A: Yes. Every single watch undergoes a professional vacuum pressure test before leaving our studio. Our diving series is rated for 5ATM to 10ATM (50m-100m), making them perfectly safe for daily wear, swimming, and snorkeling.

2. ORDERING & SHIPPING

Q: Can I inspect my watch before it is shipped? A: Absolutely. Once your order is processed, we provide QC (Quality Control) photos and videos. This includes high-resolution shots of the dial, case, and timegrapher results (showing daily rate and amplitude). We only ship the item after you give us the "Green Light."

Q: How long does global shipping take? A: We use discreet, specialized logistics routes to ensure safe delivery worldwide (US, UK, EU, etc.). Typically, orders arrive within 7-12 business days. Full tracking information will be provided as soon as the package is dispatched.

3. SECURITY & WARRANTY

Q: Is it safe to pass through customs? A: We have years of experience in international shipping and use triangular shipping or specialized lines to bypass customs risks. Our success rate is over 98%. In the rare event of a customs seizure, we offer a One-Time Free Reshipment guarantee.

Q: Do you offer a warranty on your builds? A: Yes. We stand behind our craft with a 1-Year Movement Warranty. If you experience any mechanical issues, our studio will provide repair guidance or replacement parts to ensure your timepiece continues to beat perfectly.
